Welcome to Live Chalao. By creating an account, purchasing streaming slots, or utilizing our streaming automation platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Description

Live Chalao provides automated, cloud-based video streaming infrastructure enabling creators to broadcast pre-recorded video media in continuous loops to third-party live streaming endpoints such as YouTube Live and Facebook Live.

2. User Accounts & Security

• You must register with a valid Gmail address and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activities, streams, and content broadcast through your account.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, overwhelm, scrape, or exploit the platform via automated bots will result in immediate account termination.

3. Content Ownership & Compliance

You retain full ownership of all video content uploaded to your account. However, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have secured all necessary copyrights, licenses, and permissions for the audio and video you broadcast.
• Your broadcasts strictly adhere to YouTube Community Guidelines, Facebook Community Standards, and all applicable laws.
• Live Chalao is not liable for stream strikes, copyright takedowns, or channel bans enforced by third-party platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

4. Streaming Slots, Plans & Uptime

• Each purchased slot grants the right to broadcast one concurrent video stream for the duration of the chosen plan (1 Day, 7 Days, 15 Days, 1 Month, or 3 Months).
• Slots automatically expire at the end of their paid validity period unless renewed.
• While Live Chalao targets 99.9% operational server uptime and provides automatic crash recovery, intermittent disruptions caused by external upstream platforms or network maintenance may occur.

5. Fair Usage & System Integrity

To preserve equitable server performance and stability for all users, concurrent upload streams and process queues are managed dynamically. Bypassing rate limits or attempting denial-of-service activities is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, broadcast unlawful or abusive material, or engage in fraudulent payment or promoter activities.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service following updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
