• Account Information: Your Gmail address, encrypted password hash, and unique account identifiers.
• Streaming Credentials: YouTube and Facebook RTMP stream keys provided by you to broadcast live streams. All stream keys are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256-GCM cryptography.
• Video Media Files: Video files you upload to our servers for streaming purposes.
• Technical & Log Data: IP addresses, browser types, and system logs collected solely for fraud prevention, server security, and diagnostics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information strictly for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and provide 24/7 video streaming to your specified endpoints.
• To process payments and manage your purchased streaming slots.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent account creation, automated bot spam, and illegal activities.
• To send account-related alerts, OTP codes, and critical service notifications.

3. Data Security & Encryption

We implement multi-layered security measures to safeguard your credentials. All stream keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. We never share or sell your personal information or streaming credentials to third parties or advertising networks.

4. Video Storage & Data Retention

Your uploaded video files remain in your private storage library and are only accessed by your authorized streaming instances. If your account or slot expires, video files and slot configurations are retained or archived in accordance with our transparent storage lifecycle policies.

5. Third-Party Services

Our platform interacts with external RTMP destinations including YouTube (Google LLC) and Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
