1. Digital Service Nature

Live Chalao delivers instant digital cloud computing services. When a slot is purchased, dedicated transcode and network server resources are immediately provisioned and reserved for your account.

2. Instant Auto-Activation

Upon successful payment verification (via UPI or Razorpay gateway), your slot is automatically activated in under 5 seconds, making the digital streaming service immediately active.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

We provide refunds under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Deductions: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway glitch, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
• Technical Failure on Our End: If our cloud infrastructure fails to provision your purchased slot and our engineering support cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours of notification, a full refund will be granted.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Changes of mind after slot activation and usage.
• Copyright strikes, stream terminations, or bans imposed by YouTube or Facebook resulting from the user's broadcasted content.
• User-side technical issues such as invalid stream keys, incorrect video formats, or deleted channels.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund inquiry, please email our support team at support@livechalao.com within 48 hours of the transaction with your registered Gmail address, Transaction/UTR ID, and a brief description of the issue. Legitimate refunds are typically processed to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
