Do I need to keep my computer or internet connected while streaming?
No, absolutely not! Live Chalao is a 100% cloud-native broadcasting engine. Once you upload your MP4 file and click "Go Live", the stream is fully executed on our dedicated cloud servers. You can turn off your laptop, shutdown your desktop, disconnect your home Wi-Fi, or switch off your phone — your stream will continue broadcasting 24/7 without interruption.
Which streaming platforms can I broadcast to?
Live Chalao is compatible with any platform that accepts RTMP or RTMPS streaming. This includes YouTube Live, Facebook Pages, Facebook Profiles/Groups, Twitch, Kick, and custom RTMP destinations.
How does video looping work?
You can upload a video of any duration (for example, a 30-minute devotional chant, a 2-hour Lo-Fi music mix, or a 15-minute gaming montage). Our server-side FFmpeg pipeline loops the video seamlessly in an infinite cycle without black frames or audio drops.

What video formats and file sizes are supported?
We support standard MP4 video files encoded with H.264 video codec and AAC audio codec at resolutions of 1080p, 720p, or 480p. Depending on your active plan, you can upload videos up to 2GB in file size.
What happens if YouTube or Facebook temporarily disconnects?
Our platform has a built-in Intelligent Auto-Recovery system. If YouTube or Facebook resets the stream key or experiences an ingestion glitch, our health monitor detects the drop and reconnects the broadcast within 5 seconds automatically.
Can I run multiple live streams at the same time?
